What does "Final Sale" mean?
Final Sale means that item cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, no exceptions. Final Sale items have a final sale messaging on the product page or ends in $0.97
How long does it take for an item to ship?
All orders will be received within the delivery times given at checkout, based on the shipping method chosen.
Some items delay delivery times, those items are as follows:
- Custom or Pre-Orders Items will have the available date listed when selected.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Instore Pick-Up: Orders will be available for pickup within 2 hours during business hours.

Free/Flat Rate Shipping: Free Shipping available for all orders over $150, after discounts and before tax.
Economy Shipping: Delivery times will be shown at checkout, based on delivery location.

How do I earn points for my orders?
You become a member of our Ghoul's Gold Rewards as soon as you create an account. Any orders placed with your account will earn you Ghoul's Gold. Please make sure ou are always signed in, and use the same account.
How can I earn Ghoul's Gold?
Create an Account: Earn 25 points when you create an account on merch22.store
Shop with Us: Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on merch22.store
Get Social with Us: Earn 10 points when you follow Merch 22 on Instagram and 10 points when you like Merch 22 on Facebook. Plus 15 points when you share us on Facebook! One time only 1 follow, like or share.

How do I redeem Ghoul's Gold Points?
The easiest way to redeem your points is at checkout. Under the coupon section, we will have a reward section for you to select from. It will automatically claim your code and apply to your order. If you leave the check before completing your order, an email will be sent to you with the reward code to use at a later date. You have 6 months to redeem that code.
Why can't I use my reward code, and a discount code?
Customers can only use special savings at checkout. We usually recommend using the code that gives you the most savings.
