Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request store credit. This policy applies to purchases made on merch22.store as well as through Facebook and Instagram.
Eligibility for Store Credit
To be eligible for store credit:
• Items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at customercare@merch22.store to request a return.
2. Returns must be sent to the following address:
1422 Newcastle Street, Brunswick, GA, 31520.
3. If your return is accepted, we will:
• Provide a return shipping label.
• Share instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customercare@merch22.store. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food or plants).
• Custom or seasonal products (e.g., holiday-themed or personalized items).
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, swimwear).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
1. Return the item you have (following the return process above).
2. Place a new order for the item you want after your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Eligibility criteria:
• Items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate.
If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us at customercare@merch22.store.
Compliance with Facebook & Instagram Sellers
For orders placed through Facebook or Instagram:
• The same 14-day return policy and refund eligibility apply.
• Customers can initiate returns or contact customer support through the platform or via customercare@merch22.store.
